A noted CEO in the Healthcare industry with an extensive track record in healthcare management, Manny Fraga joined Regis House in the fall of 2006. Mr. Fraga received his MBA from the prestigious executive MBA program and the School of Business Administration and Policy from the University of Miami. He received Baccalaureates degrees in Biological Sciences and clinical Psychology from Florida International University. Mr. Fraga is a member and Diplomat eligible of the College of Healthcare Executives and served for four consecutive years as an adjunct faculty member of the University of Miami School of Continuing Studies, and Healthcare Management Certificate Programs. Since his arrival at Regis House, Mr. Fraga has re-engineered our Supportive Adult Services (S.A.S.) division making it a viable model center within South Florida for behavior healthcare services
As Director of Clinical/Outpatient Services, Luisa has been with the organization since May 2006. She have quickly and consistenly demonstrated her commitment to the organizational leadership, and mission of the agency. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she is a certified Brieft Strategic Family Therapist ( BSFT). She oversees the development and maintenance of all agency outpatient Mental Health and Substance Abuse programs. She is dedicated to providing the best services possible to the families of our community. She is a graduate from Florida International University with a Master degree in Social Work.
Christopher currently holds the position of Human Resources Director for Regis House and Executive HR Consultant for Integrity Human Capital Management. He is an experienced executive in the field of Human Resources, with a well-rounded, generalist background. He specializes in bringing to the executive table a variety of solid human resource solutions that effectively engage leadership and employees, linking workforce strategies to the business goals of organizations. Mr. Ellison is a dynamic facilitator, dedicated into “turning learning into fun”, with lasting organizational results. Christopher has created and delivered leadership, human resources, and customer service training programs to all organizational levels, and has significant experience working with diverse, multicultural groups in a broad spectrum of industries. Christopher holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Human Resources from Barry University. He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the Human Resources Association of Broward County (HRABC), the Greater Miami Society of Human Resources, the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), and the Miami Dade Chamber of Commerce (MDCC).
