Founded and incorporated in 1984, Regis House, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3), charitable, community service organization created in response to the growing problem of substance addiction and abuse among Miami’s youth. Our Mission is to improve lives for a healthy community through family support, mental health, and substance abuse services. Originally, a place where high-risk teens could receive help with their drug problems, Regis House, Inc. has grown to include a variety of innovative programming.
Programs and services such as co-occurring psychiatric/mental health, substance abuse services, individual, group, and family counseling/therapy, school-based prevention, and public assistance are many of the programs and services the agency has to offer.
Since our inception, Regis House, Inc. has served more than 70,000 youth, adults and families in Miami-Dade, and looks forward to reaching out to many others in need of our services thanks to our partners, funders and the many public and private donors who have supported our mission and programming for the past 28 years.
Credit for our success is attributable to everyone on the team! We consider our employees, student interns, and volunteers to be the agency’s most valuable resource and have always maintained that their collaborative efforts are the primary reason for our continued success.
We feel a great sense of accomplishment over the quality of our services and our continual pursuit of cutting-edge strategies and look forward to our future as we celebrate our 28th anniversary, to achieving national re-accreditation, and to maintaining our reputation of providing the utmost quality behavioral health services in Miami-Dade for individuals and families in need of substance abuse, and mental health prevention, treatment, and intervention.
On behalf of the staff and Board of Directors, thank you to each of our partners, and to all whose donations have helped our agency throughout the years.
Manny Fraga, Jr., MBA-HA, ACHE Chief Executive Officer Regis House, Inc.
